Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success.
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management in SaaS.
