Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to success.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management is a plus.
