• Join the Public Sector Go-To-Market Applications team.
• Design, manage, and improve Customer Success systems centered around Salesforce.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC processes for the Public Sector development pod.
• Create user stories and conduct fit/gap analysis.
• Manage delivery of Salesforce initiatives including Service Cloud enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with federal security protocols.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Drive user adoption through change management programs.
• Provide analytical and technical guidance for business requirements.
• Engage in thorough impact analysis and reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

• US citizenship and residence on US soil for security clearance.
• 7+ years of experience with SaaS business systems, including Salesforce.
• Experience with federal government clients and FedRAMP compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Salesforce.com certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of public sector best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with security compliance requirements.
