In Short

• Lead a team of ServiceNow Developers and Administrators.
• Design and implement the ServiceNow platform to support business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and governance processes.
• Manage project planning and resource allocation using Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and execute team KPIs.
• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow upgrades and best practices.

• Support the operating model for ITSM and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 12-14 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• ITIL Certification - Minimum V3 Foundation.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and development.
• Business analysis skills for technical documentation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
