LAN Services Development Manager - Remote

Overview

As a LAN Services Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling change and agile development of LAN and WLAN Services (including Managed DHCP, IPAM, and future Services) to produce changes in-line with the LAN Services roadmap and continuously evolving LAN Services portfolio.

In Short

• Working with Managed LAN/WLAN Services Owner on roadmaps/objectives and key results.
• Work with required teams for budgeting and asset management processes.
• Collaborate with LAN Services engineers to produce changes and improvements.
• Train and support Service Delivery & Operations group.
• Stay updated on new technologies influencing LAN Services.
• Develop LAN Services requirements and designs.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Manage a team to implement service changes.
• Deliver effective communications to stakeholders.
• Supervise projects via Azure Dev Ops and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Knowledge of LAN and WLAN technologies.
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 design aspects.
• Knowledge of IP, routing, and subnetting.
• BA/BS in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Level certification.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Minimum seven years of IT experience.
• Minimum two years of project management experience.
• Experience with Cisco hardware in enterprise LAN/WLAN.
