In Short

  • Drive measurable revenue growth
  • Lead, develop and grow the BD & Sales team
  • Be responsible for the growth of the multitude of Gelato Services, from our Rollup as a Service Platform, to our Web3 Services such as Web3 Functions, Account Abstraction, Relay & VRF
  • Use your network and work with our partners to scan the market for new customer opportunities and spearhead the BD process from lead generation to the close
  • Create partnerships with strategic impact, and own and close the most important and exciting leads in the market
  • Travel to the most important Web3 conferences around the world to lead the team to find new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings
