• Join the Global Motorsport Partnerships team as a Delegate Acquisition and Engagement Manager.
• Blend strategic field marketing with experiential motorsport event execution.

• Manage and execute delegate acquisition plans aligned with sales targets.
• Develop and maintain an executive program database.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Support compliance processes and ensure efficient delegate approvals.
• Track nominations and manage delegate communications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation.
• Proven success in event execution and corporate hospitality.
• Expertise in stakeholder alignment and programmatic campaign design.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools.
