In Short

  • Manage and develop a customer-focused technical support team.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for support activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers.
  • Establish and refine processes for the technical support team.
  • Assess and enhance staff technical skills through training.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
  • Drive effective customer service practices within the team.
  • Manage relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Ensure service levels are met and performance measured.
  • Guide the documentation of policies and processes for support systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Proven experience as a people manager.
  • Leadership skills for globally distributed teams.
  • Project management experience on worldwide initiatives.
  • Solid technical background for instructing non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-service oriented with problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
