Channel Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Channel Solution Architect at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in supporting partners in the Central region, focusing on the Alpine and Eastern European areas, by educating them on CrowdStrike’s security platform and ensuring they are technically prepared to represent the company.

In Short

• Support a team of Alliances managers in developing Solutions Providers and Managed Service Partners.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and educate them on CrowdStrike's offerings.
• Conduct technical training sessions for partner staff.
• Drive partners to achieve technical independence and meet quarterly quotas.
• Participate in partner events and drive hands-on sessions.
• Consult on partner performance and provide technical guidance.
• Utilize technology integrations to create growth opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between partners and CrowdStrike sales teams.
• Travel to partner locations for events and business needs.
• Contribute to changing perceptions in the security market.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple engagements.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge in endpoint security and cloud workload infrastructure.
• Previous experience in partner-facing roles.
• Ability to analyze complex scenarios and resolve issues.
• Curious nature with a desire to learn.
• Willingness to travel within Central Europe.
• Experience with consulting or sales engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs and scripting languages is a bonus.
