Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer at Humana, you will merge the latest state, federal, and enterprise policies with the latest technologies to create new, compliance-focused products and processes, empowering healthcare consumers and transforming the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data science.
• Experience with big and complex data sets.
• Proficient in analyzing data for business solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Expertise in data mining and predictive modeling.
• Experience in healthcare analytics solutions.
