In Short

• Own the creative production capability roadmap.
• Act as an embedded expert within agile pods.
• Define and manage tools, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support integration with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Manage creative production tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Ensure assets are reusable, scalable, and compliant.
• Contribute to AI-assisted creative production efforts.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging trends in design systems.
• Help deliver high-performing creative assets for member engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative operations or product management.
• Hands-on experience with creative production tools.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of creative governance and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with modular content strategies.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven creative automation.
• Interest in emerging technologies like GenAI.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
• Background in platform governance and capability innovation.
