In Short

• Define and manage tools for secure and personalized content experiences.
• Own the roadmap for platforms like Agent Marketing Hub and Agent Advantage University.
• Act as an embedded expert within agile pods for content delivery.
• Collaborate with sales enablement, compliance, and technology teams.
• Ensure integration of existing Martech platforms.
• Monitor platform usage and engagement metrics.
• Support onboarding and enablement for internal teams.
• Contribute to experimentation and innovation efforts.
• Manage and evolve B2B content hosting platforms.
• Ensure content aligns with enterprise governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or B2B enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content delivery systems.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of metadata frameworks and accessibility standards.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
• Exposure to platforms like Adobe Learning Manager or Docebo.
• Interest in emerging technologies like GenAI.
