Senior Associate / Product Manager - Inclusive Communications Capabilities - Remote

In Short

• Define tools and workflows for accessible marketing materials.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, Section 508, and CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to enable automation and tracking of alternate format requests.
• Advise on process improvements and industry best practices.
• Evaluate GenAI tools for automated content transformation.
• Monitor vendor performance and member satisfaction.
• Support reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and equity across teams.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies impacting accessibility.
• Lead the development of capabilities for Braille, large print, and audio formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accessibility or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with ADA and CMS accessibility standards.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Exposure to alternate format production workflows.
• Understanding of inclusive design principles.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.
