Principal Service Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Service Designer, you will lead complex, cross-functional design initiatives that span the entire service ecosystem, working to create desirable experiences for members while ensuring feasibility and sustainability for the business.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in service design or systems-oriented design.
• Deep fluency in service design methods.
• Experience with digital tools and offline service delivery.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile product teams.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic service design leadership.
