Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience in data analysis and encounter submissions.
• 3+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to create and present analytics presentations.
• Knowledge of process improvement and metrics development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in advanced analytics and statistical software.
• Experience in SQL environments and with Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of EDI formats.
• Preferred Bachelor's or advanced degree.
