• Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate Account Director to join our growing team!
• The Account Director is responsible for client relationships and serves as a trusted partner to clients.
• The ideal candidate has a stellar client services reputation and is passionate about healthcare and digital health.
• Manage and galvanize cross-functional team members to drive innovative solutions.
• This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices or remotely within the US.
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships to ensure recommendations surpass expectations.
• Manage internal teams for technical and operational excellence.
• Train junior staff on account management responsibilities.
• Contribute to client financial management and revenue targets.
• Participate in strategic communications planning and business analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field (6-8+ years experience).
• Must have healthcare PR experience; integrated experience preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled in data communication and able to explain complex technical terms.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to direct and synthesize research for new business.
• High energy and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
