Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, or relevant licensure (LPN, LPC, LSW).
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare or case management.
• Experience with Medicare & Medicaid recipients.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space for privacy.
