Overview

The Enterprise Applications Division of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking a highly organized Manager, Enterprise Applications Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of the three technical teams that support the Enterprise Applications division within Human Rights Watch: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team, and the Integration Team.

In Short

• Coordinate technical operations across ERP, CRM, and Integration teams.
• Oversee Salesforce administration and customization.
• Manage project planning and tracking for technical deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes for enterprise applications.
• Implement change management and release control processes.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing for Salesforce configurations.
• Monitor performance and optimize enterprise applications post-deployment.
• Ensure compliance with data security regulations.
• Maintain technical documentation and reporting.
• Assist in developing training materials for internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and related certifications preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical language.
• Experience with system architecture, data modeling, and APIs.
• Proven track record in managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
