Overview

We are seeking a strategic, emotionally intelligent, and globally experienced Associate Director/People & Culture Partner to lead a cross-functional portfolio focused on culture, engagement, and employee/labor relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of seven years of People and Culture experience.
• Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining.
• Knowledge of international employment laws.
• Ability to manage complex workplace issues.
• High emotional intelligence and integrity.
• Autonomy in decision-making.
• Experience in developing cross-functional strategies.
