Overview

The Associate Director, External Partner Management will be responsible for partnership enablement with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to support BioMarin’s clinical pipeline and commercial product portfolio, ensuring seamless supply of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 10+ years in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in supplier oversight and relationship management.
• Experience with regulatory agency inspections.
• Strong leadership in global teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in multiple manufacturing platforms.
• Track record in operational improvements.
• Ability to manage complex projects and relationships.
