Overview

The Associate Director, Supplier Management & Innovation will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced supplier management policies and procedures, focusing on enhancing supplier interactions and performance to enable value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven expertise in category management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
