Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Proven success scaling support operations across multiple channels.
  • Experience in high volume and startup call centers is a plus.
  • Self-driven with a joy for learning new programs and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of industry (401k) experience.
