Keyapp is a Ukrainian product IT company focused on creating and developing a platform for mobile app promotion, aimed at helping developers increase organic traffic for iOS and Android applications worldwide.

In Short

• Work in the first line of customer support, advising clients on platform operations.
• Introduce clients to the service's referral and bonus program, promotions, and discounts.
• Help clients choose a strategy to promote their products on our platform.
• Answer customer messages and comments on social networks.
• Permanent working hours from 13:00 to 22:00, with weekends off.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Higher education in philology or marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients.
• Experienced user of PC and Google services.
