Overview

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow using HubSpot software. This position is a full closing role based out of your home office.

In Short

  • Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and provide inbound marketing solutions.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
  • Nurture relationships with small and mid-sized companies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy.
  • Contribute ideas and skills to shape HubSpot's mission.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Republic of Ireland for remote opportunities.
  • 1 year of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
  • Proven track record of high performance.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong approach to achieving them.
