In Short

  • Join HubSpot's Sales Team as an Account Executive for Small Business.
  • Utilize proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business.
  • Increase customer usage of the HubSpot platform over time.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to customers.
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business at or above quota.
  • Find new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives.
  • Run online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility in work location.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full closing experience in the Small Business space, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Ability to present and pitch to C-level executives.
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline with proven accuracy in forecasting.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachieving targets.
  • Trained in a standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler).
  • Proven ability to drive results and maintain a customer-first mentality.
