Requirements

  • Experience in organizational setup and management within SaaS.
  • Proven experience building platform-level products.
  • Experience taking products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A multidisciplinary approach combining business and technical insights.
  • Customer-first thinking.
  • Respect for the expertise of collaborators.
  • Passion for growing healthy teams and leaders.
  • Adaptability in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience using AI in product development is a plus.
