The HubSpot People team is on a mission to Help Grow Getters grow better together. The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Employee Development to build and drive critical professional development programs for Individual Contributors (ICs), modernize core learning experiences, and develop the team through strong people management and coaching.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how HubSpotters grow their skills and perform at their best. You'll work across the business to design scalable, AI-powered approaches to professional development that equip employees for the future of work.

You'll bring a track record of building learning programs from scratch at scale, as well as the flexibility to use a new playbook as AI continues to reshape what’s possible. We're looking for a strategic, action-oriented leader who partners and influences cross-functionally, coaches their team effectively, and is passionate about facilitating learning experiences to a variety of audiences.
