Counsel - Commercial Legal - Remote

Overview

HubSpot is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide a key commercial leadership and support role on the HubSpot Legal Team. This role will be based in the UK or Ireland and will be remote eligible.

In Short

• Provide first line legal support to Global Customer Success teams.
• Handle customer disputes, privacy queries, and contract renewals.
• Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
• Work cross-functionally with other legal teams.
• Support EMEA and North America regions.
• Be a quick starter and grasp global legal issues.
• Handle a broad range of commercial contract matters.
• Build strong relationships based on trust with team members.
• Communicate effectively via email, Slack, and Zoom.
• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the UK or Ireland with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience within a technology company or advising tech companies.
• Familiarity with privacy and security regulations.
• Ability to solve complex customer legal questions.
• Experience in dispute resolution and contract negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Quick learner with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
