Counsel - Commercial Legal - Remote

Overview

HubSpot is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide a key commercial leadership and support role on the HubSpot Legal Team. This role will be based in the UK or Ireland and will be remote eligible.

• Provide first line legal support to Global Customer Success teams.
• Handle customer disputes, privacy queries, and contract renewals.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the UK or Ireland with at least 2 years PQE.
• Experience in a technology company or advising technology companies.
• Familiarity with privacy and security regulations.
• Experience in solving complex legal questions.
• Strong ability to handle commercial contract matters.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially via email, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
• Can do, adaptable attitude.
• Passionate about HubSpot's Culture Code.
