Overview

HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program is looking for a Growth Partner Development Manager to scale selling and servicing by enabling new partners. HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program is a reselling program for companies that want to grow their businesses by providing exceptional inbound services to their clients.

In Short

  • Manage a Book of Business - Independently manage up to 150 HubSpot Solutions Partners.
  • Coach and Develop Partners - Empower partners’ go-to-market strategy.
  • Apply Business Insight - Understand partner’s business structure to position HubSpot ROI.
  • Drive Partner Sales - Influence partner sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate across Teams - Advocate for partners with internal stakeholders.
  • Incorporate Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B) into your work.

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken German, French & English.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, bonus if sales experience.
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ideally has experience in the software (SaaS) industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify areas in the partner development strategy that require strengthening.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
