Overview

As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage HubSpot’s existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails, and social media messaging.

In Short

  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop prospect strategies.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads.
  • Understand customers’ needs using sales methodologies.
  • Carry out market research to broaden the customer base.

Requirements

  • Desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales.
  • Sales/prospecting experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong focus on goals and achieving them.
  • Ability to deal with objections and be open to coaching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow.
