Overview

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will utilize inbound selling strategies to attract new customers and support their growth using HubSpot software.

In Short

  • Team-level responsibilities in coaching and onboarding/training.
  • Quickly identify challenges of prospects and the best inbound marketing solutions for their businesses.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas for closing deals.
  • Maintain relationships with qualified opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to further develop HubSpot's sales strategy regarding new features and products.
  • Support HubSpot's vision with new perspectives, ideas, and skills.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales position.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Excellent consultative sales and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Proven track record of high success (e.g., quota exceeding, President’s Club).
  • Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a compelling, coherent approach to achieving targets.
