In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning qualified opportunities into new customer wins—guiding prospects through discovery, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution.

In Short

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from first discovery call to signed agreement
  • Conduct engaging, value-based product demos tailored to prospect needs
  • Drive subscription sales across HSI’s portfolio of safety, compliance, and learning solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding your quota
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support the prospect journey
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
