Join us as a Human Resources Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Content Writer, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping high-quality training courses tailored to the Canadian workforce.

In Short

• Review existing course content to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
• Stay up to date on Canadian human rights legislation at the federal, provincial, and territorial levels.
• Apply your expertise in Canadian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to guide content decisions.
• Provide subject matter input for script revisions and visual updates as needed.
• Identify gaps in current training offerings and advise on opportunities for new content development.
• Outline scripts and/or series to support future course initiatives.
• Write updates to existing video scripts as required.
• Draft new scripts to address content gaps and regulatory changes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Canadian employment law and human rights legislation.
• Experience in content writing and development.
• Ability to review and refine educational materials for compliance and clarity.
