Exercise Control Subject Matter Expert - Remote

We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise to represent a Senior Official within the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Order.
• Provide strategic advice on internal security and counter-terrorism posture.
• Ensure realistic responses by the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Order during exercises.
• Act as the focal point for training audiences regarding public order matters.
• Analyze and understand the public order situation in exercise scenarios.
• Develop a Concept of Operations for the Affected Nation's Ministry of Public Order.
• Assist in developing strategic and operational level scenario documents.
• Support training audiences with planning stages and scenario representation.
• Generate exercise material to provide realistic challenges to training audiences.
• Act as a senior official in meetings with training audiences during exercises.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in counter-terrorism at a National level.
• 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders in a National or Multinational environment.
• 3 years’ experience influencing national policy on internal security.
• 3 years’ experience in public order and policing governance at a national level.
• A University/Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
• Business English proficiency.
