Overview

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with a wide range of specialist services. We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects.

In Short

  • Provide subject matter expertise to represent the Affected Nation's National Policing strategy.
  • Offer strategic advice on AN policing and counter-terrorism.
  • Ensure realistic national police campaign exposure for the training audience.
  • Act as the focal point for policing matters during exercises.
  • Coordinate operational policing matters within the AN and EXCON team.
  • Participate in NATO and international strategic planning exercises.
  • Demonstrate operational experience in police and internal security matters.
  • Engage with senior leaders in a governance environment.
  • Possess a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
  • Remote work may be requested on an ADHOC basis.

Requirements

  • 5 years of operational experience in police and internal security matters.
  • 5 years of operational experience in gendarmerie matters at a national level.
  • 3 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders in a National or Multinational environment.
  • Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises in the last 10 years.
  • A University/Bachelor’s Degree, police academy or Staff College.
  • Business English proficiency.
