In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise to represent the Affected Nation's Land strategy.
• Offer expert advice on operational and strategic use of Land Assets.
• Ensure realistic exposure to AN Land Power posture for the training audience.
• Act as the focal point for AN Land and Army matters during exercises.
• Coordinate Military Land operational matters within the team.
• Develop a Concept of Operations for Military Land assets if required.
• Contribute to the Army green picture.
• Analyze training audience plans and their impacts on AN Land component.
• Generate exercise material to provide realistic problem sets.
• Familiarity with strategic and army NATO publications.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience at the rank of OF5 or higher in a national Army or Marines force.
• 3 years’ experience briefing senior leaders in a land/army environment.
• 3 years’ employment as a Senior Officer in an operational or strategic Army headquarters.
• Experience leading operational planning activities in an Army headquarters.
• Sound operational knowledge of military civil land forces interaction.
• A University/Bachelor’s Degree or Staff College.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
