Consulting Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

This position will work within the Strategy & Solutions Team to identify new offerings, tools, value proposition, positioning, and support the go-to-market plan to drive profitable growth. This position will work closely with the Client Success and Account Management Teams to provide subject matter expertise, support, build capabilities, and scope and deliver within client engagements. The ideal candidate will also serve as a mentor to model the consulting mindset and provide training and feedback to the team about how to utilize critical thinking to deliver actionable results on client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active credential from AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS preferred.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Coding, Compliance, and CDI.
• Ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills with client management experience.
