ITIL Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

PeopleCert is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert to work within the Product Development team to help develop content that supports our mission to elevate our ITIL brand and portfolio.

In Short

• Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of ITIL Official Books, Exams, and Digital Content.
• Ensure content is up to date and relevant based on customer feedback and market insight.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive the global success of ITIL.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert to support the broader organization.
• Participate in conferences and deliver external presentations.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external Subject Matter Experts.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience working with ITIL.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Native or excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced computer literacy is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ relevant experience working with ITIL in a training or consultancy role.
• Be certified with as many ITIL certifications as possible.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL ecosystem and competition landscape.
• Experience in product development and content authoring.
• Excellent writing and project management skills.
• Experience in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.
• Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification required).
• Advanced computer literacy is required.
