Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will join the Marketing department to drive growth through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation for the HousingAnywhere group and its brands.

In Short

• Plan, create and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms.
• Monitor trends and troubleshoot ad issues.
• Track, analyse, and report on paid media performance.
• Experiment with new channels and content formats.
• Manage relationships with publishers and onboard them to the affiliate program.
• Negotiate with partners to balance revenue generation.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and excellent English communication skills.
• 2+ years experience with Meta Stack, Google Stack, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Negotiation skills are a plus.
