Overview

As HTS continues to expand its reach as a leading travel technology company, we are looking for a Senior Director of Partner Success to lead the commerce partner strategy, onboarding, and growth for our travel commerce platform. This leader will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our B2B partners across travel verticals, including flights, hotels, and cars, enabling them to drive meaningful revenue and enhance traveler experiences.

In Short

  • Define and execute the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers.
  • Develop scalable onboarding frameworks for new partners.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner for top-tier partners.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to meet partner needs.
  • Leverage data to monitor product performance and optimize offerings.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required).
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking for business opportunities.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Travel industry experience is a strong plus.
