Overview

Hopper is seeking a Senior Advertising Account Executive to lead strategic, high-impact advertising partnerships across travel and adjacent verticals, owning complex sales cycles and building long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders.

In Short

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers.
  • Lead full-cycle sales efforts including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop multi-quarter and annual media partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals.
  • Ability to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders.
  • Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Data driven with strong financial acumen.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
