In Short

• Support people success as point of contact for managers and team members
• Maintain HRIS employee records with high accuracy
• Support improvement of people lifecycle processes and programs
• Administer and improve benefits programs
• Manage leaves of absence and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Develop and communicate HR policies and employee handbook
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience required
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is essential
