In Short

• Lead a diverse, high-performing global Solution Architecture organization.
• Develop partner strategies with hyperscalers and define co-sell motions.
• Create enterprise-grade reference architectures and standardized methodologies.
• Act as an executive technical sponsor with C-suite audiences.
• Invest in personal and team development in observability and distributed systems.
• Own function-level KPIs and align investments to customer outcomes.
• Translate upmarket strategies into operational models.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape roadmaps.
• Elevate Honeycomb's technical brand through representation at industry events.
• Recruit and mentor teams during high-growth phases.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Solutions/Sales/Customer Architecture or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience building and leading multi-region teams.
• Proven success with complex, cloud-native platforms.
• Executive presence and superb communication skills.
• Depth in distributed systems, cloud architectures, and security compliance.
• Metrics-driven operator with experience in capacity planning.
• Cross-functional leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and mentor teams.
