• Join the Project Management team as a Project Director.
• Ensure adherence to approved methodologies for Change Management.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Change and Training Leads.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality and budget compliance.
• Support Finance and Sales functions as needed.
• Accountable for the performance of delivery work within client accounts.
• Ensure quality of commercial documents for executive management.
• Participate in internal project meetings and steering groups.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in Change Management for complex projects.
• Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in recruiting and managing Change Management teams.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
• Understanding of structured Change Management methodologies.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
