Project Director - Remote

Overview

The Project Director at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is responsible for the successful planning and execution of a portfolio of projects aimed at improving health and healthcare outcomes worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Seven to ten years' experience in a complex professional environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare improvement project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex political situations.
• Familiarity with grants and funding arrangements.
• Experience leading teams of professionals.
• Certification in project management (PMP or similar) preferred.
• Training in Improvement Science is a plus.
