Overview

The Project Director will lead international marine projects, ensuring they meet cost, time, and performance expectations while managing budgets and teams effectively.

In Short

Lead and manage international marine projects.
Accountable for budgetary management and project delivery.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage client relationships and expectations.
Oversee contract and risk management.
Authorize construction planning and subcontractor engagement.
Develop and implement project execution plans.
Ensure effective resource allocation and material management.
Demonstrate commitment to QHSE standards.
Lead engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience as Project Director in large-scale projects.
At least 10 years of project management experience.
Experience with complex marine and infrastructure projects.
Strong contract management and budgeting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Excellent command of English.
Willingness to relocate and travel internationally.
GCC experience preferred.
