Project Director - Remote

Overview

The Project Director will be responsible for creating the strategy for project delivery and leading project management on large, complex mixed-use greenfield campus projects, including health/wellness and R&D infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or business degree preferred.
• Current Licensure in the US preferred.
• LEED and PMP certifications preferred.
• 15+ years of experience managing large projects with budgets over $250M.
• Experience in healthcare and multi-use projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and client management skills required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills essential.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Revit, and other software required.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Texas preferred.
