Requirements

• Proven experience managing remote teams in an offshore staffing setup.
• Comfortable using HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Analytical thinker who can interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Bonus: Experience with reporting automation or scaling remote support systems.
