Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in good standing.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to analyze and improve clinical workflows.
• Experience with AI tools in healthcare is a plus.
